Powder Coated Panel System

Think Lean Modular Panels are made with GPSP Sheets (0.6/ 0.8/1.0 MM) with minimum to zero spangle with a zinc coating of 80-120 GSM to give it an extended life. These panels are framed with an aluminum interlocking system or a roll formed GI profile and filled with an infill material of polyurethane foam (PUR), polyisocyanurate foam (PIR), honeycomb paper core or high density rockwool.

PreCoated Panel System

Think Lean Modular Panels are made with pre-coated GI Sheets (0.6/ 0.8MM) with a zinc coating of 80-120 GSM to give it an extended life. These panels are framed with a aluminum interlocking system or a roll formed GI profile and filled with an infill material of polyurethane foam (PUR) or polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) These panels are an economic alternative to the powder coated panel systems.

Walkable Ceiling

Walkable Ceiling is used at locations where there are a host of MEP utilities placed above the ceiling. These utilities require access for maintenance and changeovers. Walkable ceilings are load bearing ceiling which can accommodate up to 200 KG/m3 and are integrated with trap doors, HEPAfilters, air conditioning filters, diffusers and flush light cutouts.

Cleanroom Doors

Think Lean Modular door panels are made with GPSP Sheets (0.8 MM) with minimum to zero spangle with a zinc coating of 80-120 GSM to give it an extended life. These sheets are lock formed to provide a weld-free stile, with an infill of resin bonded paper honeycomb core / PUF or rockwool core.
