Think Lean Modular door panels are made with GPSP Sheets (0.8 MM) with minimum to zero spangle with a zinc coating of 80-120 GSM to give it an extended life. These sheets are lock formed to provide a weld-free stile, with an infill of resin bonded paper honeycomb core / PUF or rockwool core.

Non These doors are epoxy powder coated to 60-80 microns (SS 304 finish also available) and are pre-hung doors: which means the frame and door shutter are tested and integrated in the factory itself for alignment and simply screwed on site.
